Anthea is an experienced Imaginal Therapist, facilitator and teacher. In the usual world, she runs an international research agency and facilitates innovation workshops in the business community, and creative conversations between the worlds of psyche, business and the arts. She has a passion for the fine art and collects unusual works. People have been known to lower their heads, avoid direct eye contact, and mutter that her eclectic collection of artefacts is ‘pretty weird’.
Anthea offers primarily depth one-on-one individual therapy. Her special interests include body-movement therapies, addictions, family dynamics, relationships and intimacy, dream analysis and creative expression.
She practices primarily the city area in Cape Town. Her regular travels also open the opportunity for therapy in Johannesburg and Durban.
